E.L_B brings thirteen years of hands-on construction experience into the design process.
Elliot's background spans general building, carpentry, cabinet and furniture making, alongside founding and running design-led contractor Lipley & Parker. This combination of making, project delivery and commercial experience underpins the consultancy.
Working with architects, designers and private clients, E.L_B provides construction detailing, costing, value engineering, procurement, material specification and buildability advice, primarily across RIBA Stages 1–4.
The practice also advises on kitchens, cabinetry and furniture — developing designs into buildable details, specifying materials, costing, sourcing fabricators and overseeing delivery.
E.L_B can work between designers, contractors and specialist trades, translating design intent into practical construction without acting as the main contractor.
